How To Make a Purchase from the Puppet Show:

Here at The Puppet Show we want your purchase to be safe, easy and fast. We like paypal as it allows safe and easy credit card purchases via the internet. The following are the ways in which you can purchase items from us:

1. Have us send you an invoice through Paypal  

Send us an email saying what you would like to purchase, we will send you a confirming email and invoice through paypal. You pay the credit card invoice through paypal andwe will ship your purchase to you. This is the fastest and safest way to make a transaction. 

2. Money Transfer (Al Ansari Exchange or Western Union)

If you don’t want to use paypal, you can always send your payment through money transfer. Not super speedy, but it always gets there. Send us an e-mail preferring to pay through money transfer and we will provide you with the address to be sent too. Be sure to include all the information we need to ship your item(s) with your payment.

3. Send us an E-mail
E-mail us directly on Puppet-Show@hotmail.com. 

4. Call us on the phone

We ship free to Dubai only. If shipped elsewhere, payment for shipped item(s) via Aramex upon delivery to the address given.

RETURN POLICY: YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED!

We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product you are entitled to a full cash refund or exchange - which ever you prefer - within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise. We would much rather give you a refund or exchange than have one of our customers disappointed in their purchase - so please contact us. However, if you would like a refund, we need you to promptly e-mail us or call us to arrange a pick up of your item you would like to return. All sales are final 14 days after you receive your item, but we will work with you on special conditions.
